A: No, but we will train you and your staff to run your campaigns. We want you to be self sufficient in operating and managing your campaigns for three reasons.
First, if someone from your staff has ownership of the operation of the campaigns, you will be alerted to changes in client behavior, problems that arise, and other changes much faster than if some third party was providing that assistance.
Second, you can manage your campaigns much more efficiently and more inexpensively than some third-party can. That's why we want someone from your firm to take ownership of your firm's automation. We just want to train them.
The third reason we want to train someone in-house to operate this software is so you will have the confidence to make changes, on the fly, as they are needed. Sometimes that because there is a change in your process. Other times there needs to be a change in messaging. Regardless of the reason, your firm will be best served if someone on your staff takes responsibility for managing and updating those campaigns. You will be able to act much more quickly than if relying on some third party vendor.
